APPLICATION: Dulexir Hyaluron Application:

The Dulexir is a night care and should be applied to the cleansed face before sleeping. Subsequently, after about 10-15 minutes of exposure time can be applied their night care. In the morning, thoroughly cleanse the face. 


You will probably notice a slight tingling sensation after application. There may also be slight redness as the skin is working and regenerating.


We recommend day care with sunscreen during the day. 

SKIN TYPES

Dulexir can generally be used on any skin type. If you have very sensitive and delicate skin, you should not use Dulexir daily and adjust the frequency if necessary.

SHIPPING

You will of course receive free shipping (D). Within Germany we usually deliver within 1-2 business days. In rare cases, this may be delayed one day.

You will receive a tracking number after your order, once the goods have been shipped.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Our delivery time is usually 1-2 business days. You can find the tracking of your package in the shipping confirmation sent to you (the email might have landed in your spam folder). 


If your shipment has been interrupted, please contact DHL first (Tel.: 0228 433 311 2). In many cases, a shipment is dropped off at a neighbor's house and then the parcel carrier forgets to drop a note at your house. Please also ask your neighbors if the package has arrived.

30 daystest without obligation

We are confident in our Dulexir and want you to be too. If you are not satisfied with the Dulexir, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund!

INVOICE & INTENDED USE

You will receive your invoice via email from Klarna. Among them is also the correct bank details and the necessary reason for payment. 


If you have not received an email from Klarna 3 business days after your order, please check your spam folder and get in touch if you have not received any emails. Here the probability is high that an error has crept in during your input.

WRONGPURPOSE OF USE

Klarna can then not assign the transfer to your order and the money will be automatically refunded to you. Please transfer it again afterwards with the correct VWZ.
