I have now placed my second order. The products are really very good, but there were problems with the first order and I only received it after a long time after I had contacted the service. I still haven't received the second order after almost a month, even though I was promised it would be sent two weeks ago. What a shame!

Friendly email but no result.
I ordered a set with serum and a rose quartz stamp. I only received the stamp. When I asked, I was told that I could order a new serum at the normal price to complete the set. Cheeky!!!
Now I have to run to the post office, send the stamp back at my own expense and open a case with PayPal.
That's it! You have lost me as a customer even though I was and am satisfied with the serum.

Actually 0 stars. 1 product came, I'm still waiting for the other one. I was promised by email that it would arrive, unfortunately I'm still waiting.
